How can I make a reservation?
-You can process your reservation via our website on our Home Page at http://habanatransfers.com

How to fill the Hotel Name and Address?
-If you are staying in a big Hotel or Resort, just right down the name of your hotel in both fields. If you are going to a Guest House, please fill the Name Address and Telephone number of the Guest House. It is important as there are a huge number of Guest Houses with similar names.

How do I locate my driver at the airport?
-Our representative will be waiting for you at the arrival Terminal at the greeting area holding a Habana Transfers logo and your Name.

What do I do if I can’t find the driver/representative in the indicated area?
-Call us for assistance the number for assistance in Cuba appears at the top of your confirmation email.

Will my driver be there if my flight is delayed?
-Yes we track all client’s flights. Notify us as son as possible in case that your flight (flight number or carrier) has been changed or if you missed your connecting flight.

Is the driver’s tip included in the Price?
-No, the tip is not included in the Price, the custom in Cuba is 10% tip.

Do I share my vehicle?
-No, you travel only with your party, our transfers are exclusively private.

Do you provide car/booster seats?
-No, sorry our cars cars are classical models and do not always have seat belts in the back, besides car seats are not a common thing here yet… (Welcome to Cuba!)

Do your drivers speak English?
-Yes most of our chauffeurs speak English, in addition, our operation center is always available with professionals fluent in English having phone contact with all our drivers and can assist the clients in case of any problem or misunderstanding.

Do you provide Group Transfers and deals?
-If you are a group of more than 12 passengers, please contact us via “Custom Transfers” or “Contact Us” link

Can I pay by Credit Card?
Just the reservation fee can be paid by Credit Card. To respect the embargo regulations, the transfers must be paid in Cuba to the driver (No Credit Card terminals are available in the cars so the payment must be in cash CUC or USD).

Do you accept pets?
-Yes but only under certain conditions. If you are traveling with pets, contact our reservation center before booking your transfer.

Are there any refunds?
The reservation fee is not refundable; the rest is paid the day of the transfer. There are no extra charges for any modification.

How can I change my reservation?
You can change your reservation on our Home Page clicking at “My Bookings”.

Am I covered by insurance during my transfer?
Upon entry to Cuba, tourists must have a travel insurance that covers accidents, medical emergencies evacuation by air and repatriation. So no strict regulations are required to tourist transportation providers, as all tourists must be covered by their private insurance. In other words, yes you are covered, to find out the exact terms of your insurance contact your insurance provider. We seriously recommend all tourists going to Cuba to comply with the Cuban government regulations.
